Parking.bt is a mobile and web application developed to simplify parking management in Bhutan. It comprises a user-friendly driver app for locating and paying for parking spaces, a collector app for efficient fee collection, and admin dashboards for overseeing parking areas and attendants. By providing a seamless parking experience, Parking.bt aims to enhance revenue collection, minimize operational inefficiencies, and improve customer satisfaction.
Through its user-centric design, Parking.bt aims to transform the parking experience in Bhutan by leveraging technology to address common parking challenges. The driver app enables users to find available parking spaces, make cash and cashless payments, and parking attendants receive notifications from drivers when the vehicle is about to leave. The admin dashboards provide real-time insights into parking operations, enabling efficient management and revenue tracking.
