Her Royal Highness Princess Sonam Dechen Wangchuk graced the first day of GCIT’s Final Project Showcase on June 3rd, 2024. Among the 39 projects presented by our third-year and fourth-year students, 7 projects were highlighted for their exceptional talent and creativity and were showcased to Her Royal Highness this afternoon. These included the winners of our best project awards: Group 7 from the third year with their outstanding AI-powered sign language to text and voice assistant, Gesture, and Group 8 from the fourth year with their innovative Parking.bt project. The morning session also saw more than 30 industry partners from various sectors attending the showcase. A big thank you to everyone who attended and supported our event, making it a memorable celebration of innovation and excellence.
