NHDCL Facility Management System
The Facility Management System (FMS) for the National Housing Development Corporation Limited (NHDCL) is designed to digitize and centralize the management of over 300 buildings across five Gyalsung Academies, including residential, administrative, and training facilities. The project’s primary aim is to create a comprehensive digital platform that optimizes asset tracking, streamlines maintenance workflows, and improves operational efficiency. By integrating features such as QR code tagging, asset lifecycle management, real‑time maintenance updates, and a centralized scheduling calendar, the system addresses challenges of manual record‑keeping, delayed issue resolution, and inefficient resource allocation. Ultimately, the FMS seeks to reduce costs, enhance service delivery, and ensure sustainable infrastructure management, positioning NHDCL to uphold high standards of facility operations while modernizing Bhutan’s housing and facility management industry.
