The product developed is aimed at solving the problem that the current helicopter department under druk airlines is facing. We aim to automate the process of reserving a helicopter eliminating the manual way of reserving which has been followed till date. Reservation for now has been done based on calls and the details are manually recorded in the excel sheet which is inefficient and time consuming. The DrukAir Heli Reservation System will automate this whole process, the information of all the flights will be recorded and saved in the system, the users/passengers will be able to create their own accounts and book by themselves through the system. As the targeted customers also include the highlanders of Bhutan, most of them have difficulty in making a reservation through the system so the system will also have the feature to accept calls from them and through the dashboard, The front desk personnel will be able to reserve and record the details for the highlanders.
