Organized by the Royal University of Bhutan and Bhutan Broadcasting Service, the monthlong competition gathered outstanding student speakers from twelve colleges and concluded with a grand Live finale on November 10, 2025.

Warm congratulations to the winners: College of Language and Culture Studies took the top honor, followed by Jigme Singye Wangchuck School of Law in second and Paro College of Education in third.
