We are proud to present a first of its kind, homegrown and sovereign AI agent developed by GCIT unicorn NoMindBhutan for Bhutan Airlines. This cutting-edge, voice-based AI is engineered to support real flight bookings and management services across both voice and chat platforms.

Designed around a Zero-UI approach, the solution leads the way in intuitive, voice-first interaction, while also allowing users to seamlessly switch between voice calls and chat within a single conversation. The AI agent supports over 97 languages, significantly enhancing accessibility and reach.

Built entirely by our final-year students of NoMindBhutan, the system represents a major milestone in developing sovereign AI capabilities within the country.

The NoMindBhutan team shared that the project was a valuable learning experience, involving the development of a multi-agent system with speech recognition, multimodal communication, and complex task execution.
