GCIT Conducts Annual Rimdro for Peace and Wellbeing
calendar_monthOctober 14, 2026
Presided over by Tsugla Lopen Rinpoche, the college conducted its annual Rimdro, offering prayers to remove obstacles and invoke blessings for the wellbeing of our students, staff, and the college as a whole.
Rooted in Bhutan’s rich spiritual tradition, the Rimdro holds deep significance for the college. As we continue to embrace technology and innovation, it serves as a meaningful reminder to stay grounded in our values and culture. It also strengthened the sense of unity among students and staff, with prayers dedicated not only to the college but to the peace and prosperity of the nation and all sentient beings.
The college would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Tsugla Lopen Rinpoche and all the monks for conducting the ceremony, and to everyone who contributed to making the Rimdro a blessed and meaningful occasion.
