The Royal University of Bhutan is pleased to announce that the 17th Convocation Ceremony will be held on 17th June 2026 at the Royal Institute of Management, Simtokha, Thimphu.

All graduates of the Class of 2025 who wish to attend are required to register through the designated online form.

Important Schedule

1. Registration: May 1 - 23 May, 2026
2. Gown Distribution: 15 June, 2026 (9:30 - 3:00 PM)
3. Convocation Rehearsal: 16 June, 2026. MPH, Royal Institute of Management
4. Convocation Ceremony Day: 17 June, 2026.  MPH, Royal Institute of Management

A refundable deposit of Nu. 1500 will be collected from each graduate during gown distribution. Of this amount, Nu. 300 will be retained as the gown usage fee, and Nu. 1200 will be refunded upon return of the gown. In the event that the gown is misplaced, the full deposit will be forfeited.
